Policies
After some trial and error and some careful consideration we have put these policies in place to help Sandalwood Day Spa run as smoothly as possible. We thank you for your cooperation in adhering to these policies
- We require a 24 hour advanced notice on cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
- Any appointment scheduled will require a credit card number. Nothing will be charged to that card, it is just holding your time and place on your scheduled day. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a fee that is 50% of the value of services scheduled. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
- 24 hours is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment using a Gift Certificate. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a reduction of the gift certificate for the amount of the scheduled service.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late we will accomodate you as best we can but lateness may result in your service being shortened.
- We do accept Spa Finder, Way Spa and Spa Week Gift Certificates but they can not be combined with Sandalwood discounts or coupons or used for spa party payment.
- Gift Certificate purchases on-line and in store are non-refundable and MUST be presented at time of appointment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates/Cards and they can not be used for gratuities.
